Effects of neem (Azadirachta indica) oil on fasting glycemia in rats treated for 12 weeks. NOR-1: normal rats fed with SD treated with cotton oil; NOR-2: normal rats fed with HFHS treated with cotton oil; DMBA: negative control treated with cotton oil; TAM + DMBA: animals treated with tamoxifen (3.3 mg/kg); Neem + DMBA: animals treated with neem (Azadirachta indica) oil at a dose of 3 mL/kg during three different frequencies. All groups except the normal groups (NOR-1 and NOR-2) received subcutaneous dose of DMBA at the dose of 50 mg/kg.
