The results were shown as mean ± SD of 12 mice in each group. We evaluated compared with the DM group and compared with the PP group and these were considered as significant difference. HOMA-IR = (FBG × FINS)/22.5, HOMA-β = (20 × FINS)/(FBG − 3.5).
