The FVG reduces the serum cytokine responses of Chlamydia trachomatis N infection. The levels of IL-2 (a), IL-17 (b), and MCP-1 (c) were measured by ELISA assay. The results are mean±SEM, n=10, statistically significant ^##p<0.01: compared with control; < 0.01 and < 0.05: compared with model, determined by the unpaired t-test.
