Antioxidant Properties of Unripe<i> Carica papaya</i> Fruit Extract and Its Protective Effects against Endothelial Oxidative Stress

<p>The protective effect of UCP on H<sub>2</sub>O<sub>2</sub>-induced EA.hy926 cell death evaluated by MTT assay. Cell viability was evaluated by MTT assay as described in Materials and Methods.
