Effect of MSAE on ROS generation in HaCaT keratinocyte cells. Cells were pretreated with different concentrations of MSAE for 18 h or 5 μM sulforaphane followed by treatment with 1.6 mM H₂O₂ for 30 min. These cells were incubated at 37°C in the dark for 30 min with culture medium containing 25 μM DCF-DA. Intracellular ROS accumulation was detected by ELISA (a) and fluorescence microscopy.
