EJW extracts significantly inhibit the activity of DPPH. (a) DPPH inhibition rates of EJW extracts (0.0625, 0.125, 0.25, 0.5, and 1 mg/mL) were examined. Different concentrations of EJW extracts were incubated with DPPH for 30 min at 37°C. (b) Vitamin C (1.25, 2.5, 5, 10, 20, 40, and 80 μg/mL) was used as the positive control (Table 3).
