Effect of FTZ serum on the caspase-3, -9 activity in INS-1 cells under high-glucose-induced oxidative stress. INS-1 cells were untreated or pretreated with different concentrations of FTZ serum or edaravone for 24 h before incubation with 25 mM glucose (HG) for 24 h.
