SYB pretreatment protected PC12 cells from I/R-induced inflammatory response. PC12 cells were pretreated by SYB for 24 h and then subjected to I/R. The cell culture medium was collected and levels of IL-1, IL-6, TNF-α, and COX-2 were measured by ELISA kits. Data were presented as mean ± SD. ^##P<0.01 versus control group; .01 versus I/R group.
