Gel electrophoresis showed DNA laddering formation of F5 fraction, 5-FU, and tamoxifen on MCF-7 cells, treated at and double , for different treatment periods (24, 48, 72, 96, and 120 hours), during DNA fragmentation assay. Lane M: standard molecular size marker. At 24 hours of treatment, Lanes 1 and 2: tamoxifen, 30 μg/mL.
