Enhancement of Endometrial Receptivity by <i>Cnidium officinale</i> through Expressing LIF and Integrins

<div>The enhanced expression of LIF and integrins by CoM in Ishikawa cells. Ishikawa cells were treated with indicated concentration of CoM for 24 h, and total RNA and protein were isolated. The expression levels of mRNA and protein for LIF, ITGAV, ITGB3, and ITGB5 were examined by qRT-PCR (a) and western blot (b), respectively. <i>β</i>-actin was used as an internal control.
