The Effect of Compound Sophora on Fluorouracil and Oxaliplatin Resistance in Colorectal Cancer Cells

Figure 1

Cell proliferation assay. 5-FU/SW480 and L-OHP/SW480 drug-resistant cell strains were inoculated into 96-well plates at a density of 1 × 105 cells per well, and 20 μL, 10 μL, 5 μL, 2.5 μL, and 1.25 μL of compound matrine injection was added. After 48 h of culture, the cell inhibition rate gradually increased with an increase in the concentration of compound matrine injection. The 50% inhibitory rates of 5-FU/SW480 and L-OHP/SW480 cells were 0.84 and 0.89 g/mL, respectively, which were used as nontoxic doses to reverse drug resistance.
