Screening Five Qi-Tonifying Herbs on M2 Phenotype Macrophages

TFRG abolished migration of 4T1 induced by M2CM. RAW264.7 macrophages were incubated with treatment of 25 and 50μg/mL TFRG and stimulated with IL-4 (20ng/mL)/IL-13(20ng/mL) for 24h. Un-treatment macrophages are termed as M0 group. The conditioned medium of each group was collected and put in the lower chamber of trans-well, and 4T1 cells (510⁴ cells/well) were put in the upper wells of trans-well to migrate for 24h. Values are presented as the mean ± standard deviation from three replicates. ^##P < 0.01 versus M0CM group; < 0.01 versus M2CM group.
