Effect of TFRG on phosphorylation of STAT6 and miR-155 level in IL-4/IL-13-induced murine RAW264.7 cells. (a) Effect of TFRG on phosphorylation of STAT6 in IL-4/IL-13-induced murine RAW264.7 cells. RAW264.7 macrophages were incubated with pretreatment of 25 and 50μg/ml TFRG and stimulated with IL-4 (20ng/mL)/IL-13 (20ng/mL) for 30min.
