Analysis of cell viability by the MTT assay. RLT-03 inhibited 4T1, EMT6, BT-549, and MDA-MB-231 cell proliferation in a concentration-dependent manner (). The IC₅₀ of RLT-03 in 4T1, EMT6, BT-549, and MDA-MB-231 cells was 2.387 mg/ml, 2.002 mg/ml, 2.583 mg/ml, and 0.638 mg/ml, respectively.
