Effects of Rb-ME on the viability of HaCaT and B16F10 cells. HaCaT (a) and B16F10 cells (b) were treated with various concentrations (0 to 400 μg/mL) of Rb-ME and then incubated for 24 or 48 h. Cell viability was measured using the MTT assay. (c) The phytochemical profiles of kaempferol, luteolin, and quercetin in Rb-ME were analyzed by HPLC.
