No effect of Rb-ME was noted on the UVB irradiation-induced damage in HaCaT cells. (a) HaCaT cells were irradiated with UVB (30 mJ/cm2) and then treated with or without Rb-ME (50 or 100 μg/mL) for 24 h. Cell viability was measured using the MTT assay. (b) Images of HaCaT cells treated with or without Rb-ME (100 μg/mL) for 24 h were obtained with a digital camera after irradiation with UVB (30 mJ/cm2). Magnification of the images is 200 times. compared to the normal group.
