A Natural Compound Mixture Containing Arctigenin, Hederagenin, and Baicalein Alleviates Atopic Dermatitis in Mice by Regulating HPA Axis and Immune Activity

<div>Effects of ADM on proinflammatory factor expression in CRH/SP-stimulated HMC-1 cells. HMC-1 cells were incubated with 10 <i>μ</i>M SP for 48 h. Then, ADM (10, 30 <i>μ</i>M) or DEX (10 <i>μ</i>M) were added 1 h prior to 1 nM CRH treatment. Cells were incubated for another 24 h (a) VEGF level in culture supernatants was determined using commercial ELISA kits. (b) Effects of ADM on cell viability were assessed using an XTT assay. HMC-1 cells were treated with ADM for 24 h at the indicated concentrations.
