Curcumin Inhibits Hepatocellular Carcinoma via Regulating miR-21/TIMP3 Axis

<div>Effects of curcumin on the expression of miR-21 and TIMP3 in HCC cell lines. HepG2 or HCCLM3 cells were treated with curcumin with indicated concentrations for 24 h. The expression of miR-21 and TIMP3 mRNA was determined by RT-qPCR assay. The experiment was repeated three times.
