Effect of <i>Rosa laevigata</i> on PM10-Induced Inflammatory Response of Human Lung Epithelial Cells

<div>Inhibitory effects of RL on COX-2 protein expression in PM10-treated A549 cells. RL (125 and 250 <i>μ</i>g/mL) was pretreated 1 h prior to PM10-induced inflammation in cells and incubated for 24 h with PM10 (100 <i>μ</i>g/mL). Ratio of each protein was measured by ImageJ. Statistical significance was analyzed by unpaired <i>t</i>-test (one-tailed).
