Note: in Group OM, except E-cadherin overexpression, the rest 6 proteins' expression was downregulated, showing statistical difference from that in Group OC,  < 0.05. But in Group HC, Snail, HIF-1α, MMP-2, and MMP-9 was upregulated, showing statistical difference from that in Group OC,  < 0.05. In Group HM, except E-cadherin overexpression, the rest 6 proteins’ expression was downregulated, showing statistical difference from that in Group HC,  < 0.05. Homogeneity of variance by one-way ANOVA; LSD test applied to compare statistical difference.
