Gubenzhike Recipe Ameliorates Respiratory Mucosal Immunity in Mice with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease through Upregulation of the γδT Lymphocytes and KGF Levels

Figure 3

(a) Lung function parameters: the resistance of the respiratory system (Rrs), elastance of the respiratory system (Ers), and compliance of the respiratory system (Crs). Data are presented as mean ± SD. Compared with that of the blank control group, the Rrs and Ers of the model control group were significantly higher , and the Crs was significantly lower . Compared with that in the model control group, the Rrs of three Gubenzhike recipe groups was significantly lower , the Ers of the medium-dose Gubenzhike recipe group was significantly lower (), and the Crs was significantly higher . (b) Lung function parameters: Newtonian resistance (RN), tissue damping (G), and tissue elastance (H). Data are presented as mean ± SD. Compared with G of the model group, that of the blank control group was significantly lower (), and that of the high-dose and low-dose Gubenzhike recipe group was significantly lower (). (c) Lung function parameters: quasistatic elastance (Est) and quasistatic compliance (Cst). Data are presented as mean ± SD. Compared with that of the model group, the Est was significantly higher and the Cst was significantly lower in the high-dose Gubenzhike recipe group ().
