MTT assay in HaCaT cells after treatment with plant extracts (0–500 μg/ml) for 24 h. Cappris spinose (CS), Eruca sativa (ES), Ferula hermonis (FH), Hypericum triquetrifolium (HT), Inula viscosa (IV), Saponaria officinalis (SO), Nigella sativa (NS), and Solanum nigrum (SN). Cell viability was defined as the ratio (expressed as a percentage) of absorbance of treated cells to untreated cells. Values represent means ± SD of three independent experiments carried out in triplicates.
