Sini-San Regulates the NO-cGMP-PKG Pathway in the Spinal Dorsal Horn in a Modified Rat Model of Functional Dyspepsia

<div>SNS inhibited the NO-cGMP-PKG signal in FD model rats. The expression of iNOS was tested using real-time quantitative PCR (a) and western blot (b) (<i>n</i> = 4/group). The levels of cGMP (c) and PKG (d) were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (<i>n</i> = 6/group).
