Effect of compounds 1–3 on the viability of A549 cells. Viability of A549 cells (2 × 10³ cells/well) was estimated using the CCK-8 assay after treatment with the indicated compounds at (a) 0.78–200 μM and (b) 2.5 and 5 μM for 48 and 72 h. The values are expressed as mean ± SD of three independent experiments.
