Effect of the oral administration of EEGC on leukocyte migration after peritoneal injection of carrageenan in mice. Mice were pretreated with EEGC (300 mg/kg, p.o.), dexamethasone (dexa, 1 mg/kg, i.p.), or vehicle (saline solution, 0.9%, p.o.). After 60 min, naive mice were injected with saline i.p., while all other groups received zymosan. The bars express the mean ± SEM compared with the control vs. treated group; or  < 0.001.
