Effect of EEGC on leukocyte rolling (a) and adhesion (b) induced by carrageenan. Mice were orally pretreated with EEGC (300 mg/kg), indomethacin (indo 5 mg/kg), or vehicle. After 60 min, saline or carrageenan was injected i.p. leukocyte rolling, and adhesion was evaluated by intravital microscopy in the mesentery 2 h later. The bars express the mean ± SEM compared with the control vs. treated group; or  < 0.001. Control versus naive; EEGC versus control. One-way analysis of variance followed by the Newman–Keuls test.
