<div>Quality control of JPFR extracts basing on the HPLC analysis of astragaloside IV, matrine, and oxymatrine. HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatography) analysis was performed to characterize the ingredients of astragaloside IV in Astragalus propinquus Schischkin (Leguminosae)(one component of JPFR) and matrine and oxymatrine in Sophora flavescens Aiton (Leguminosae)(one component of JPFR).</div>
