Protective Effect of Compound Formula Rehmannia against Neurotoxicity and Apoptosis Induced by <i>α</i>-Syn in <i>In Vivo</i> and <i>In Vitro</i> Models of Parkinson’s Disease

<div>Effect of CFR on the protein expression of <i>α</i>-syn, GSK-3<i>β</i>, P-GSK-3<i>β</i> (Ser9), P-GSK-3<i>β</i> (Tyr216), and <i>β</i>-catenin in rat brain tissues. Control group: without any surgical procedures or treatment, sham-operated group: 0.2% vitamin c, negative control group: AAV empty vector, PD model group: AAV-<i>α</i>-syn, and PD + CFR group: AAV-<i>α</i>-syn + CFR, 9 ml/kg, 2 times/d, 6 weeks. Protein expression was determined using western blot, and GAPDH was used as a control.
