Protective Effect of Compound Formula Rehmannia against Neurotoxicity and Apoptosis Induced by α-Syn in In Vivo and In Vitro Models of Parkinson’s Disease

<div>Effect of CFR on the protein expression of α-syn, GSK-3β, P-GSK-3β (Ser9), P-GSK-3β (Tyr216), and β-catenin in SK-N-SH cells. Control group: transfected with empty control plasmids, H2O2 group: transfected with α-syn plasmids and 300 μM H2O2, H2O2 + CFR-L group: transfected with α-syn plasmids, 300 μM H2O2, and 5% CFR, H2O2+CFR-H group: transfected with α-syn plasmids, 300 μM H2O2, and 10% CFR. Protein expression was determined using western blot, and GAPDH was used as a control.
