Neuroprotective Activity of Methanolic Extract of <i>Lysimachia christinae</i> against Glutamate Toxicity in HT22 Cell and Its Protective Mechanisms

<div>Cell viability after treatment of <i>L. christinae</i> extract and glutamate in HT22 cells. Cells were pretreated with 1.0, 5.0, 10.0, 20.0, and 50.0 <i>μ</i>g/ml of <i>L. christinae</i> and trolox (30 <i>μ</i>M), respectively. Then, 2.5 mM glutamate was treated for 30 <i>μ</i>l after 1 h.
