Neuroprotective Activity of Methanolic Extract of <i>Lysimachia christinae</i> against Glutamate Toxicity in HT22 Cell and Its Protective Mechanisms

<div>The enzyme activity of GPx and GR when treated with <i>L. christinae</i> against glutamate toxicity in HT22 cells. Cell was pretreated with 10, 20, and 50 <i>μ</i>g/ml of <i>L. christinae</i> and trolox (30 <i>μ</i>M). Then, 2.5 mM glutamate was treated for 30 <i>μ</i>l after 1 h.
