The Antiemetic Effect of Xiao-Ban-Xia-Tang Formula against Cisplatin-Induced Emesis is Mediated through Inhibition of NLRP3 Inflammasome Activation in a Rat Pica Model

<div>Effect of XBXT and ondansetron on the expression of ROS, IL-1<i>β</i>, and IL-18 induced by cisplatin in the rat serum (<i>n</i> = 6). Serum of rats was tested by ELISA for (a) ROS, (b) IL-1<i>β</i>, and (c) IL-18. Data represent the mean ± SEM.
