Berberine Suppressed Tumor Growth through Regulating Fatty Acid Metabolism and Triggering Cell Apoptosis via Targeting FABPs

<div>Berberine suppressed the proliferation of MGC803 cells. After treatment with berberine for 24 h, 48 h, and 72 h, the cell growth was determined by MTT assays. Berberine inhibited the growth of MGC803 cells in a time-dependent manner (24 h, 48 h, and 72 h) and in a dose-dependent manner (0–100 <i>μ</i>M).</div>
