Gukang Capsule Promotes Fracture Healing by Activating BMP/SMAD and Wnt/<i>β</i>-Catenin Signaling Pathways

<div>Effects of GKC on the osteogenic differentiation of SaOS-2 cells. (a) RT-qPCR was used to quantify the mRNA expression of osteogenic marker genes ALP, COL-I, OTC, OPN, Osx, RUNX2, BMP2, OPG, and RANKL after 24 h of treatment with different concentrations of GKC.
