Effect of MFSD on the morphology of podocytes. The morphology of podocytes cultured by 10% MFSDS for 24 hours was observed under light microscope. The cells differentiate after being cultured at a 37°C incubator with 5% CO2 for 10 days to 14 days, the adherent growth area of the cells increases significantly, and a large number of secondary protrusions protrude from the main body of the cell body, making the cells appear “dendritic” or “flower-like.”
