GuidelineAppraisal of guidelines for research and evaluation (AGREE II) [35]6 domains
23 items
2 additional items of the overall assessment
Each item is rated on a 7-point scale (1—strongly disagree to 7—strongly agree).
And a quality score is calculated for each of the six domains. Scores of the six domains are independent and could not be aggregated into one score.
Each domain score is the sum of all item scores (obtained score).
The calculating method of scaled domain score is (obtained score – minimum possible score)/(maximum possible score – minimum possible score).
Maximum possible score = 7 (strongly agree) ∗ number of items  number of appraisers, minimum possible score = 1 (strongly disagree)  number of items ∗ number of appraisers.
Two additional items of overall assessment are graded on a scale of 1 (lowest possible quality) to 7 (highest possible quality).
