Huoxin Pill Attenuates Cardiac Inflammation by Suppression of TLR4/NF-<i>κ</i>B in Acute Myocardial Ischemia Injury Rats

<div>IHC analysis was performed to determine the protein expression of inflammatory cytokines. IHC analysis was performed to determine the protein expression of IL-6 and TNF-<i>α</i> expression in cardiac tissue. The representative images of IL-6 (a) and TNF-<i>α</i> (b) from each group were acquired at a magnification of ×400. The quantification of IL-6 (c) and TNF-<i>α</i> (d) protein levels was analyzed.
