Antimetastatic Potential of Rhodomyrtone on Human Chondrosarcoma SW1353 Cells

<div>Effect of SW1353 cell viability by rhodomyrtone. (a) Cell viability was analyzed by MTT assay for 24 h. Rhodomyrtone inhibited SW1353 cell growth in a time- and concentration-dependent manner. (b) Nuclear morphology changes were detected by Hoeschst 33342 staining. Rhodomyrtone at 0–3 <i>μ</i>g/mL (cell viability &gt;80%) was selected for subsequent experiments.
