Hydroxysafflor Yellow A Attenuates Hydrogen Peroxide-Induced Oxidative Damage on Human Umbilical Vein Endothelial Cells

<div>Effect of HSYA on GSH/GSSG ratio and SOD content in cells: (a) the ratio of GSH/GSSG in HUVECs was detected using a GSH and GSSG assay kit; (b) the SOD activity in HUVECs was detected using a SOD assay kit with WST-8. The experiment was repeated at least three times.
