<i>Cistanches deserticola</i> PhG-RE through Inhibiting ERS Apoptosis Mechanism to Protect Myocardial Cell Apoptosis from H<sub>2</sub>O<sub>2</sub>-Induced Endoplasmic Reticulum Stress

<div>The effect of PhG-RE on GRP78, CHOP, JNK and Caspase-12 mRNA expression in H9c2 cells, as determined by RT-qPCR. The data were normalized to <i>β</i>-actin levels. Relative fold changes in the expression levels of target genes in all groups were determined using the 2<sup>−∆∆Ct</sup> method.
