Bml 284 attenuated chrysophanol-induced migration and adhesion inhibition. (a) Chrysophanol-treated FaDu cells were incubated with (Cho+/Bml+, lower panel) or without (Cho+/Bml−, middle panel) 0.7 μM Bml 284 for 24 h. Macroscopic observation of transwell chambers is shown on the top. (b) Relative amounts of migrated cells are presented as the extent of crystal violet staining measured at OD570 and shown in the bottom panels. (c) Cell adhesion assay.
