Chrysophanol Prevents Lipopolysaccharide-Induced Hepatic Stellate Cell Activation by Upregulating Apoptosis, Oxidative Stress, and the Unfolded Protein Response

<div>Chrysophanol (Cho) decreased the expression of <i>α</i>-SMA, CTGF, and integrin <i>β</i>-1 in HSC-T6 cells. Changes in the expression of <i>α</i>-SMA, CTGF, and integrin <i>β</i>1. GAPDH was used as an internal control. Quantitative results show the level of specific proteins assessed by ImageJ.
