The Effect of Prophylactic Anticoagulation with Heparin on the Brain Cells of Sprague-Dawley Rats in a Cardiopulmonary-Cerebral Resuscitation Model

<div>Heparin treatment inhibited the mRNA expressions of IL-1<i>β</i>, IL-6, and VCAM-1induced by asphyxial CA. RNA from brain tissues of different groups was analyzed by real-time PCR for IL-1<i>β</i> (a), IL-6 (b), and VCAM-1 (c).
