Antioxidant and Anti-Inflammatory Activities of Agrimonia pilosa Ledeb. Extract

Antioxidant activities of Agrimonia pilosa Ledeb. extract (APLE). Free radical scavenging activities of APLE were determined by DPPH radical (a) and ABTS radical (b) scavenging activities. Superoxide dismutase- (SOD-) like activity (c) and reducing power (d) were estimated by the pyrogallol method and ferric-reducing antioxidant power assay, respectively. Values are expressed as means ± standard deviation (SD) from three experiments. Different letters indicate a significant difference among groups ().
