Antioxidant and Anti-Inflammatory Activities of <i>Agrimonia pilosa</i> Ledeb. Extract

<div>Effect of <i>Agrimonia pilosa</i> Ledeb. extract (APLE) and lipopolysaccharide (LPS) on the production of intracellular reactive oxygen species (ROS) in HepG2 cells. To assess the level of intracellular ROS, a dichlorofluorescein diacetate (DCFDA) assay was performed using HepG2 cells treated with APLE at concentrations ranging from 0 to 400 <i>μ</i>g/mL in the presence and absence of 100 ng/mL of LPS for 24 h.
