Antioxidant and Anti-Inflammatory Activities of Agrimonia pilosa Ledeb. Extract

Effect of Agrimonia pilosa Ledeb. extract (APLE) and lipopolysaccharide (LPS) on the production of intracellular reactive oxygen species (ROS) in HepG2 cells. To assess the level of intracellular ROS, a dichlorofluorescein diacetate (DCFDA) assay was performed using HepG2 cells treated with APLE at concentrations ranging from 0 to 400 μg/mL in the presence and absence of 100 ng/mL of LPS for 24 h.
