Effect of Curcumol on the Fenestrae of Liver Sinusoidal Endothelial Cells Based on NF-κB Signaling Pathway

Curcumol decreases the levels of NF-κB, as determined by immunofluorescence assay. LSECs were treated with curcumol after stimulation with LPS. Cells treated with vehicle were used as controls. NF-κB (red) was widely observed in the cytoplasm of LSECs. The proteins were immunostained using cytokeratin-19 antibody and are shown in red. Nuclei were stained using DAPI (blue). Scale bar, 50 μm.
