Solid-State Fermentation of Aspergillus niger to Optimize Extraction Process of Isoliquiritigenin from Glycyrrhiza uralensis

Figure 1

The extraction condition optimization. The following extraction parameters were utilized: (a) 0.4 g of the dried sample was combined with 75% ethanol aqueous solution. The inoculation count of A. niger was 2 × 106, solid-1iquid ratio was 1 : 4, fermentation time was 6 days, and inoculation temperature was 36°C. (b) 0.4 g of the dried sample was combined with 75% ethanol aqueous solution. The inoculation count of A. niger was 2 × 106, the solid-1iquid ratio for this extraction was 1 : 4, pH was 5, and the temperature was 36°C. (c) 0.4 g of the dried sample was combined with 75% ethanol aqueous solution. Inoculation count of A. niger was 2 × 106, fermentation time was 6 days, pH was 5, and temperature was set to 36°C. (d) 0.4 g of the dried sample was combined with 75% ethanol aqueous solution, solid-1iquid ratio was 1 : 4, time of fermentation was 6 days, pH was 5, and temperature was 36°C. Different lowercase letters on the bars represent significant differences () between treatments.
