Oridonin Attenuates Lipopolysaccharide-Induced ROS Accumulation and Inflammation in HK-2 Cells

<div>Oridonin attenuated ROS accumulation in LPS-treated HK-2 cells. HK-2 cells were pretreated with oridonin for 12 h before the addition of LPS. The levels of intracellular ROS were determined using DCF-DA, and the fluorescence was detected using FACSCalibur analysis.
