Oridonin attenuated LPS-induced iNOS, COX-2, a-SMA, and CTGF expression. HK-2 cells were pretreated with oridonin (30 μM) for 12 h before the addition of 3 μg/mL LPS. iNOS, COX-2, a-SMA, and CTGF were analyzed by immunoblotting.
