Maren Pills Improve Constipation via Regulating AQP3 and NF-<i>κ</i>B Signaling Pathway in Slow Transit Constipation In Vitro and In Vivo

<div>Effect of Maren pills on NF-<i>κ</i>B pathway in the colon tissue of STC rats. Maren pills dose-dependently (1, 0.5, and 0.25 g/kg) decreased the phosphorylation of NF-<i>κ</i>B and IKK-<i>β</i> and increased the expression of IKB<i>α</i> compared with the model group.
